The software provider is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of the assessments, fee computations, or depreciation values you input. All liability regarding the final issued survey report remains with the signing Surveyor.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are strictly responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the generation of digitally signed PDF reports and bills.
The layout, software design, and Motor Survey Pro platform features are proprietary. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for your professional duties. You may not reverse engineer or distribute the platform without authorization.
